The natives are being equipped for the church planting ministry through various training programs through our own Bible
Training Center(s). This ministry has proven to be very effective in the church planting process. The duration of the training
will be 6 months residential and 3 months practical. It is to be noted that, 98% of this harvest force is sent back to work
amongst their own people, on completion of the training.
The ministry also hosts a number of training programs, inorder to mature indigenous leaders who have deep passion
for their people. Short term church based training programs are carried out for new believers and an ongoing discipleship
course for the house church leaders where about 200 men and women are being trained yearly from different states. The
course curriculum includes the basic Bible doctrines, ministry skills, Christian character, and field training. We also have
leadership-training materials recorded in DVDs & VCDs, which are used in the churches to train small groups of dedicated
believers in disciple making, church planting and spiritual warfare.
