With over one billion people, India is the largest democracy in the world. It is a country into whose origins are deeply rooted the valued of religion and tradition. People are politically, socially and economically deprived from hearing the gospel of Christ. We face various spiritual challenges in our work. We are committed to strive ahead to inorder to fulfill the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. We intend to make, spiritually strong disciples by planting healthy, disciple making, multiplying churches in every
geographical unit and uplifting the downtrodden and needy.
We reach out to these one billion people, hoping to achieve a great harvest of souls before the return of Jesus Christ. There are thousands of cities and villages where there is not a single gospel witness or a Christian to share the good news. We therefore plant churches where there is none, there by reaching the places where the gospel has never been shared before.
The soul of India rests in the villages. Sadly, a major part of India’s mass population lies in these rural areas, thereby making the task extremely tedious. India cannot be influenced without influencing these villages. In light of this factor , we strategically and effectively concentrate in planting churches in these areas. To make the outcome more effective, we have started training the natives and sending them off to share the Word in their respective village.
- In recent times, many of our house churches have multiplied on a large scale, believers are being well trained to be disciples and leaders in their communities. The church planting movement, in North India is growing at a fast pace even when it suffers high persecution in many states.
- Our target is for these newly established churches to become growing and disciple making churches. Our slogan is “every believer a disciple, every disciple a potential church planter, every believers home a potential church and every church a discipleship training school”.
